How many people does the farm sleep?+
16 guests across 2 houses (the large house has 12 beds in 3 bedrooms, the small house a double bed and a sofa bed) plus 2 cots for babies and toddlers. We'll add extra beds on request. We always rent the whole place to your group only.
What's included?+
The whole equipped farm just for you, all activities, wellness (pool, sauna, hot tub), parking, bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is not included. We'll send the exact price based on your dates.
Is the pool safe for children?+
The pool has a shallow paddling area for kids and a deep part, and is visible from the terrace and loungers. Please always keep small children supervised.
Does the wellness work year-round?+
The sauna and hot tub do. The outdoor pool is seasonal — write to us and we'll confirm the current status.
Can we bring a pet?+
We usually don't accept pets. We can make an exception by prior arrangement — please write to us in advance.
Do we need to fill in anything before arrival?+
Yes — we'll send you a quick online check-in link where you enter the details of everyone staying. As the accommodation provider we're legally required to keep a guest register, and this way you handle it from your phone in a few minutes. Please still bring your ID with you.
How do we get there?+
About an hour and a quarter from Prague by car (~80 km), parking in the courtyard. Address: Měšetice 2, Sedlec-Prčice.
